André Palmeira Cunha, or simply Dé (Rio de Janeiro, 1965), is a Brazilian bassist and composer, being one of the original members of Barão Vermelho until 1989. In 1990, took part in the band Telefone Gol. In 2011, formed the supergroup Panamericana.
