Caron in Groningen

Over dit evenement

Caron is the live project of Dutch producer Marcel Caron, whose roots in electronic music reach back to the late ’90s. Since 2014, Caron has released a string of EPs on labels including Brokntoys, 030303 and Shipwrec, moving between acid, electro and techno with a distinctly dark and melancholic edge. His hardware-based live sets combine prepared structures with real-time sequencing and improvisation, shifting between atmospheric tension, intricate rhythms, acid lines and heavier dancefloor pressure.
