In honor of the 75th anniversary of the Efteling, master choreographer Ed Wubbe (known for TING! and Oscar) presents an enchanting dance spectacle of international level. Darkride takes the audience on an exciting journey full of wonder and imagination to the iconic music of the Efteling. Led by a mysterious magician, dancers, acrobats and musicians travel through worlds where nothing is what it seems. Escape from the madness of everyday life and descend into a bewitching dimension: strange, yet familiar. A world in which everything can change in the blink of an eye. Prepare for a wondrous Darkride that challenges you to follow your feelings and embrace the unknown. Composer René Merkelbach, known for the music for the attractions Raveleijn and Danse Macabre, adapted the music of the Efteling especially for this performance. Vocal artist Luca Warmer adds extra color to the music with her unique sound and takes the audience by the hand on this fascinating journey. On stage are the best dancers and acrobats in the Netherlands, brought together especially for this performance by choreographer Ed Wubbe. Suitable for everyone aged 9 and up.
