IN RECURRENCE brings together three recent multidisciplinary graduates based in Belgium and the Netherlands, presenting new mixed-media works at WORM’s S/ash Gallery in Rotterdam. Their common thread is everydayness and its repetitive, tautological pull. The show questions detachment from systems larger than ourselves, exploring spaces, memories and perceptions, and inviting quiet reflection on postdigital urban life. Adriana Joëlle works across installation, video, sound, text and performance, blurring past and present, presence and absence.
